Dialogue data may be stored temporarily for generating summaries and PDF reports.
Email reports sent to FairyPlace™ (fairyplace.tm@gmail.com) are retained for record-keeping.
We do not maintain permanent archives of chat logs beyond what is necessary for communication and client support.

5. Your Choices

You may choose not to provide certain information, but this may limit the functionality of the Dialogue Assistant.
